1) The first step is simply to enquire with us, either via email or give us a call. Giving us a rundown of what you are looking for. We can even meet you anywhere in the Greater Hobart area to go over every detail to make sure we capture exactly what you need. We can also show you some 3D mock ups of your design and take you on a virtual tour of the layout. 

2) Once you have decided on the final plan with any additional options you may need, we can then give you a detailed quote. We have a variety of Tiny Home Models you can choose from.  The quote will break down all the costs and give you a total fee. All quotes are valid for 30 days.  

3) We will provide you a Construction Contract and once signed and the first instalment is paid, we can kick start your project. OPUS Tiny Homes Hobart break down the financing into three instalments, which is outlined in your contract. 

4) Throughout your build we stay in contact with you via photos, videos and progress reports. You are more than welcome to arrange a time to come and inspect your Tiny Home. We will also need an inspection before delivery to ensure you are 100% happy with the build and quality of workmanship. 

5) Once all works are complete it's time for delivery, we use professional haulers to transport your new Tiny Home. 

TINY HOME OPTIONAL EXTRAS - EARTHWORKS

OPUS Tiny Homes Tasmania can offer our clients additional extras if they require. We aim to make the whole process as easy and stress free as possible for you. 

Depending on your chosen location, OPUS can do all the site preparation for you. Your Tiny Home needs a level, compacted, free draining surface to sit on.  Your site may also need to meet council requirements with bush fire rating. 

We can manage all the works for you, making sure your location is good to go for your new home. Our earthworks team has decades of experience in excavating, clearing and drainage. But we are always respectful of the habitat and working with nature to take advantage of all the beauty Tassie has to offer.
